What This Job is About:


We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and Marketing to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital strategies that drive business growth and client engagement. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring a deep understanding of digital platforms, customer behavior, and emerging trends. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complexity, collaborating across teams, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Define and drive the digital vision and roadmap to deliver innovative solutions that align with client business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a holistic digital strategy to identify opportunities for growth across digital platforms.
  • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of user journeys across digital channels to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across web, social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage and execute paid digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, social media advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Conceptualize and pitch innovative digital campaigns tailored to client needs, ensuring integration across owned, paid, and earned channels.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to inform strategy development, track campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee the end-to-end digital campaign lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and optimization, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for digital initiatives, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Account Services, and Strategy, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Advocate for user-centric design by leveraging research, feedback, and analytics to inform product and campaign decisions.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, promoting a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Support agency marketing efforts, including RFP responses, pitches, and strategic planning for new business opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the agency’s digital strategies leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies.
  • Drive measurement planning for digital engagement, feature usage, and campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.

What You’re All About:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Design, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, and campaign management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead digital product design and marketing initiatives, preferably in fast-paced, client-facing industries.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, driving collaboration, and fostering innovation.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a talent for inspiring teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, balancing long-term vision with tactical execution.
