What This Job is About:
If you’re the kind of person who loves to throw an unforgettable party, notices the smallest details before anyone else, and takes pride in making a space feel like home — all while juggling multiple tasks with a smile — this is the role for you!

As the Employee Experience (EX) Coordinator at RedPeg, you’ll be the heart and soul of our office. This is more than just a front desk role — you’ll be part receptionist, part office manager, part culture champion, and part HR coordinator. You’ll manage everything from vendor relationships and office supplies to organizing memorable culture events that energize our team. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our office space running smoothly, ensuring repairs get done before anyone even notices something’s off, and keeping the fridge stocked and snacks flowing.

This role requires someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and can be counted on to get things done without constant supervision. This role will require you to be in the office 5 days a week, so your energy, warmth, and enthusiasm will help set the tone for the entire team. If you love creating amazing experiences, have a knack for organization, and enjoy building a fun, collaborative environment, we can’t wait to meet you!

Responsibilities:
  • Greet all guests at RedPeg in a warm, hospitality-focused manner, offering refreshments and ensuring they feel comfortable while waiting.
  • Manage all incoming mail, including opening, scanning, and delivering it to the correct person (electronically, if necessary).
  • Order and maintain stock of all snacks, beverages, office supplies, and cleaning products, including items required by the cleaning crew.
  • Restock the fridge and cabinets daily and ensure cleanliness by loading/unloading the dishwasher.
  • Manage vendor relationships (cleaning crew, handyman, elevator company, plumber, electrician) and oversee building maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee office renovations, including ordering items and scheduling installations.
  • Coordinate office breakfasts and lunches, including setup and cleanup on days they are provided.
  • Host and help plan internal culture events that enhance employee engagement.
  • Shop for fresh groceries (yogurt, deli meat, fruit, etc.) weekly and as needed to keep the fridge stocked.
  • Organize and maintain common areas, closets, and floors to ensure a clean and presentable workspace.
  • Manage expenses for several members of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and employee information, including shredding documents when necessary.
  • Provide occasional travel coordination for guests, staff, and vendors.
  • Support the Employee Experience team with initiatives and assist Talent with recruiting efforts for events and activations, as needed.
  • Occasionally travel to event sites to oversee and manage field staff.
  • Assist other departments within the agency when time allows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’re All About:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, office management, receptionist, or Human Resources.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in collaboration with others
  • Ability to travel and provide on-site support for events as needed.
