RedPeg Marketing is looking for an energetic, personable, health conscious, market manager.
Salary Range: $1,300 - $1,500 Weekly (depending on experience)
Timeline: June 25th - August 19th (8-week Program)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead for all program activations. Be the face to the beverage brand throughout the program.
- Oversight/management of program assets (POS/inventory management and maintenance)
- Transportation of vehicle/assets through duration of program.
- Management, set-up/break-down, and execution of footprint
- Interact/engage with and educate consumers on brand messaging while sampling beverages
- Management of BA’s during program activations, where required
- Ability to lift 50 - 75 pounds
- Previous production experience A PLUS (will need to set-up/breakdown at activations)
- Recap event daily through online portal, while continually reporting general activity in the market, great quality photo taking, etc.
Required Skills:
• Health Minded
• Beverage Sampling experience
• Experience driving Sprinter van
• Must be able to commit to the whole 8 weeks of touring
• Overall understanding of health and wellness
• Outgoing personality, self-motivated, and responsible
• Excellent organization, time management, and skilled at building professional relationships
• Ability to interact with staff and consumers, provide key messaging and brand knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Need to be flexible on event days during paid times
