What This Job is About:

The Talent Coordinator plays a critical role in managing high-volume, fast-paced recruiting for field positions, including Brand Ambassadors, Market Managers and Tour Managers, across multiple campaigns and events throughout the United States. This is not a traditional corporate recruitment position—it requires the ability to quickly source, evaluate, and onboard large pools of candidates while ensuring alignment with client needs and campaign goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment where timelines are tight, priorities shift frequently, and staffing demands can change in real time. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effectively communicating with a diverse candidate base and managing a wide range of field staff.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various marketing events and promotions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the internal applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the hiring process.
  • Conduct training programs tailored to specific campaigns, ensuring field staff are well-prepared and aligned with client expectations.
  • Coordinate staffing assignments, schedules, and logistics to ensure optimal coverage for all events.
  • Maintain continuous communication with field representatives, acting as a liaison between staff, managers, and other company departments.
  • Occasionally attend events on-site to assist with staff management and ensure seamless execution.
  • Initiate and oversee background checks and onboarding paperwork for new hires.
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of field resources and candidate records, ensuring ease of access and efficiency for end-users.
  • Collaborate with upper management and other departments to evaluate programs and develop future staffing strategies.
  • Be available for on-call duties during evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Work in the office at least three times a week to foster team collaboration and alignment.

What You’re All About:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, staffing coordination, or human resources, preferably within the experiential marketing industry.
  • 1-3+ years of relevant recruiting experience in the event, promotions, marketing or sponsorship arena, or other high volume recruiting experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively, both verbally and in-writing
  • Keen attention to detail, accuracy and personal accountability
  • Ability to handle a high-volume of work consisting of multiple projects and deadlines at one time (time management)
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in collaboration with others
  • Strong work ethic and hunger to learn and "roll up your sleeves"
  • Willingness to help with tasks
  • A pleasant and positive attitude
  • Ability to travel and provide on-site support for events as needed.
