RedPeg Marketing is looking for a dynamic Account Coordinator with events management experience to join our team of creative marketers and manage the day-to-day execution of client portfolios, consisting of large-scale experiential marketing campaigns (e.g., mobile tours, product launches, sampling, digital/social amplification, and interactive technology). This individual is responsible for working closely with Client Service leadership and internal RedPeg Marketing teams to coordinate the development and execution of all campaign elements.

RedPeg Marketing is looking for a dynamic Account Coordinator with events management experience to join our team of creative marketers and manage the day-to-day execution of client portfolios, consisting of large-scale experiential marketing campaigns (e.g., mobile tours, product launches, sampling, digital/social amplification, and interactive technology). This individual is responsible for working closely with Client Service leadership and internal RedPeg Marketing teams to coordinate the development and execution of all campaign elements.
- Work together with the Account Manager, Account Director and other internal RedPeg teams to build experiential programs for selected clients
- Support other internal departments (production, talent, venues & sponsorship) on compiling and organizing all program elements, including costs for vendors, field staff and contractors
- Be a champion of organized internal and external meetings, including developing/sending agendas in avance and developing/sending contact reports and supporting attachments after meetings
- Be a problem solver and solutions provider on a daily basis
- Support Account Manager and/or Director on managing project timelines and deliverables
- Oversee the onboarding of Field Managers and Brand Ambassadors
- Manage communication of pre-event details with all internal team members, external client stakeholders and field staff
- Travel when required for planning and executing programs
- Other duties as assigned
What You’re All About:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related field
- 1+ years of relevant marketing, event, promotions, communications or sponsorship experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle communication with clients in senior level positions
- General computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Superior attention to detail, organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Ability to travel to be on-site at client activations as needed
- Hunger to learn and roll up your sleeves
- Willingness to contribute ideas, suggestions and opportunities for the agency’s continued innovation and evolution
